After long discussion, we have decided to step down from our role of Leyton Orient Fans Forum rep. This decision has not been a light one as we have felt truly honoured to be able to work so closely with a club that we all love, as well as representing our listeners opinions to the club and feeding back to them the outcomes of these meetings. We also feel that we have added a lot of value to the fans forum meetings.
With questions being asked about the makeup of the current forum we feel that our continued involvement has become surplus to requirements due to the continued involvement of truely accountable reps in LOFT and LOSC, as well as the long running fanzines.
Another reason for this decision is that we don’t feel that we can continue to commit the time to the fans forum that it needs and deserves. Whilst producing the podcast takes up a lot of our time, we are currently exploring expanding our content and along with full time jobs, only have enough time in a week to commit to Orient.
We will continue to be at the forefront of interaction with the Orient fanbase and will continue to feedback to the current reps anything that our listeners feel is important to bring to the clubs attention. I'm sure that we will also work with the other reps in other areas going forward.
